All carriers must check in no later than 4:00PM on Saturday, November 14, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

You can print your advance shipment labels before sending freight to the advance warehouse.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
